My name is Victor Răzvan Ghebaur. I am the founder of The Learning Designer.

Here is some quick info about my professional expertise:

Formal Education

My early formal education was in the navy: warship engines and navigation. That period taught me discipline and clarity of thought. 

Later I studied intercultural management at the University of Bucharest.

I am currently continuing my psychology studies to become a fully certified psychotherapist, as I believe in the idea of keeping a ‘white belt’ mentality for life.

Corporate Experience

I spent 14 years working in customer service, sales, and training, mostly in technology & services industries.

As a soft skills trainer, training manager, and training academy project manager in commercial divisions, I trained thousands of front-line employees on sales, customer service, and leadership.

Both classroom and one-to-one.  

Entrepreneur

During the last 13 years, my career has progressed from freelancing as a soft skills trainer and consultant to custom digital learning business owner, leading a team of instructional designers and production specialists.

During this period I’ve had the opportunity to work with over 50 companies from around the world, and to facilitate other thousands of workshop hours.
